Why Registered Migration Agent?
The Australian Law requires that migration agents operating in Australia be registered with the Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA) and abide by a professional Code of Conduct. Registered Migration Agent can provide immigration advice or assistance to a person wishing to obtain a visa to enter or remain in Australia, or to those wishing to nominate or sponsor someone for a visa. Migration Act 1958, Section 276 has given power to Migration Agent to represent court or give immigration assistance in obtaining visa or cancellation review application.
