According to Australian Migration Act 1958 and Migration Regulation 1994, Australia's Student visa program has been classified into seven Visa Subclasses. Each visa subclass has specific academic, financial and English proficiency requirements. Before you applying visa in Australian High Commission, you must have to determine which student visa subclass you are applying for.
