Prefessional Code of Conduct
All Registered Migration Agents who provide immigration advice, they are abide by Code of Conduct. As accordace with Australian Migration Act 1958 and Regulation 1998, a Migration Agent who provides Migration advices and operate migration agent business in Australia must be registered with the Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA).

The Code of Conduct is intended to regulate the conduct of migration agents. A copy of the Code of Conduct can be found in Schedule 2 of the Migration Agents Regulations 1998.
We are also a Member of Migration Institute of Australia (MIA). The MIA has its own Code of Conduct with which all members must abide. The MIA is the professional body which represents the migration consultancy profession industry in Australia and is recognised by the Department of Immigration and Multicultural and Indigenous Affairs (DIMIA).
